Below are answers to some questions you may have about how the day will go. Please read through these before reaching out in case an answer is already here.
RSVPs
When should I RSVP?
To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is 25 September 2026.
Are children invited?
Absolutely! They should be included on your RSVP. If for some reason they are missing, please get in contact with Annabelle or Corey and they can amend this.
Can I bring a plus one?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate guests formally included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your RSVP.
Can I change my RSVP?
We completely understand if things come up, if you need to change your RSVP please reach out to Annabelle or Corey so they are able to update the guest list. We ask that you let them know as soon as possible, preferably before 25 September 2026, so we can plan accordingly.
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we don't hear back from you by 25 September 2026, we will mark you as a 'No'. We will miss celebrating with you, however, we need provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs because of this.
What's up with the ceremony?
The Ceremony
The wedding will commence at 2pm, we ask that you are seated by 1:45pm. We are hoping for buses to leave the Alpine Hotel by 12:30pm, for an arrival time of 1:30pm. If you are arriving separately from the pre-organised transport, we kindly ask you arrive by 1:30pm.
The wedding will be at 81 Nimmo Road, Rocky Plain. It will be held outside (weather permitting!), so please dress accordingly. If the weather is not in our favour, we will get in contact with you to update locations, so make sure you include your contact details on you RVSP.
Transport
There is very little parking at the farm, so we have organised transport by bus. If this isn't going to work for you, please add details when you RSVP - we really don't want people having to walk up and down dirt tracks.
Dress code
Dress your best! We recommend aiming for semi formal. Our only request is to refrain from wearing white/ivory or blues.
What's up with the reception?
The Reception
The reception will start at 5pm. Buses will leave at 3:30pm to ensure you arrive on time. Annabelle and Corey will have their big arrival after this, so you shouldn't miss them!
The reception will be at the Alpine Hotel Cooma.
Annabelle and Corey will leave by 9pm.
Catering
We will have canapes available. The venue has additional options if you're still hungry. Please include any dietary requirements on your RSVP so we are able to let the venue know.
We will have a bar tab to kick off the night, but be prepared to purchase your own drinks as the night progresses. Please be aware that there will not be any transport for after the reception, so ensure you're still safe to drive home!
Gifts
A gift is neither requested or expected. If you're considering a gift, we would be honored if you would contribute to our honeymoon fund instead.
Can I take photos?
We ask that you enjoy this special moment with us and keep your phones and cameras packed away for the ceremony. We have a photographer that will take group photos post ceremony that will be shared once they are available.
At the reception, photos are requested! Please help us capture our first celebration as a married couple. Access info will be provided to guests at the reception.
Who should I contact if I have additional questions?
Contacting Annabelle or Corey before the big day is the best idea. On the day, please contact Pat, Jamie or Julie.
